FAMS2015 aims to update the current regulatory framework and to showcase recent discoveries in food allergen and allergy research. It provides an excellent forum to bring together all stakeholders to discuss global strategies for more effective food allergen management.

The target audience for FAMS2015 include food industrialists, food industry management, companies involved in diagnostics tests and instrumentation development, scientists, medical practitioners, clinicians, dieticians and research students. Internationally recognised speakers have been invited and they will focus on the global practices and clinical implications in allergen management, including advances in allergen research, economic impact, and policies and regulations involved in food safety.
