These free events are hosted by the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science Entrepreneurs’ Programme and delivered by The Allergen Bureau.

Webinar 1: Food Allergen Fundamentals

This webinar will introduce allergens, allergy and allergen management.
It will link the burden of food allergy to allergic patients (and their communities) with the importance of allergen management for the food supply chain.
A case study will demonstrate the importance of consideration of allergen management at every stage of product development and marketing.
Webinar 1 will include speakers from: the Allergen Bureau; a multi-national food company; Allergy and Anaphylaxis Australia; and a food allergen risk management expert.
Webinar attendees will be able to watch and interact with the webinar presenters via the AusIndustry webinar portal.
