Notice of 9th Annual General Meeting
In accordance with section 63 of the Allergen Bureau Constitution, the business of the annual general meeting will be:
- To receive the report of the Board;
- To receive the statement of receipts and expenditure;
- To receive the report of the scrutineers as to the result of the voting for officers and members of the Board and to receive the declaration of the Chairperson as to the result of such election;
- Debbie Hawkes (Hawkins Watts) and Paul Kelly (Woolworths Group) will be declared elected unopposed as Allergen Bureau Directors
- General Business;
- Any other business which may lawfully be brought forward
Notice of Member Meeting
Immediately following the conclusion of the 9th AGM, an Allergen Bureau member meeting will be held. The member meeting will have guest speakers, including:
- Lisa Clark, Manager Allergen Bureau – In conversation with our new Allergen Bureau Manager
- Jenny Hazelton, Labelling and Information Standards FSANZ – Codex and allergen labelling: Where are we and what’s next?
- Penny Dellsperger, Health Advocacy Officer Coeliac Australia – The Gluten Free Standard: An update

Ten (10) Full Members of The Allergen Bureau present in person, by proxy, by phone or by any other audio/visual means approved by the Board will be a quorum for a general meeting and no business may be transacted at any general meeting unless the quorum requisite is present at the commencement of the business.
