This milestone event marks a decade since the inaugural FAMS Symposium in 2015. In ten years, FAMS has earned a reputation for uniting the international food allergen management community to exchange knowledge, discuss research, and foster meaningful relationships.
The conference starts with a day of interactive workshops tackling the challenges faced both by consumers with food allergy, and providers of their food. The first day of workshops is followed by two days of FAMS conference sessions, delivering the latest allergen management developments from industry, scientific advances from clinical allergen experts, academia, and updates in the regulatory arena. The conference ends with an interactive panel discussion honing in on key initiatives for the future.
What sets FAMS apart from similar conferences is its diverse gathering of stakeholders. Clinicians and researchers to professionals in the food industry, healthcare, and hospitality, as well as consumers advocates, come together united with the common goal of supporting individuals with food allergies.
