Carolina Motto is a Food Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the food
and beverage industry, leading her own consultancy specialized in Food
Allergen Management. She employs a unique Food Allergen Management
approach (M4E), which has been successfully implemented in various
companies in Latin America and Spain.
Carolina holds the official endorsement of the Allergen Bureau and is the first
authorized trainer of VITAL 3.0 in Spanish and Portuguese. Her mission is to
simplify processes to improve the quality of life for those suffering from food
allergies.
Carolina Motto offers training and consultancy services in allergen management
for the design and implementation of world-class programs tailored to the
