We’re excited to announce that the Allergen Bureau is transitioning to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system this December. This upgrade represents a significant step forward in how we serve our members, training providers and VITAL online subscribers.
What’s Changing?
From mid-December, all Membership, Training Provider and VITAL Online details will be managed in one centralised system.
For Single Region members who hold both a Membership and VITAL Online subscription, your account will migrate to an Allergen Bureau / VITAL Online Bundle Membership and receive a single combined invoice, streamlining your administrative processes.
We’re implementing a data retention policy where inactive VITAL Online accounts will be securely deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
Why This Matters!
Beyond streamlining our administration, this system addresses feedback from our last member survey by:
- Creating a collaborative space for members to discuss and suggest key activities
- Enabling member-only information and resources to enhance your membership benefits
- Providing better insights from our helpline to focus our support
- Improving communication and scheduling for events and forums
- Managing training provider and trainer recertification processes
System Downtime
VITAL® Online will be temporarily unavailable during the transition:
Planned downtime:
- Friday 5 December through to Monday 8 December inclusive
Reserve dates (if needed):
- Friday 12 December through to Monday 15 December inclusive
Download and save any essential VITAL Online reports before 5 December.
Current Membership and VITAL Online accounts will be automatically transferred.
Action Required:
- Watch for our email with the new CRM link and save the link to your favourites
- Create a login for the CRM system when prompted
The VITAL Online login process for ALL users remains unchanged and user management still occurs in VITAL Online.
