Given our uncertain times it has never been more important to discuss the need for a Food science revolution – building a sustainable food future, the theme of this year’s Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology (AIFST) convention.

Recently delivered as ‘Breakfast Seminars’ to Australian and New Zealand audiences, the VITAL 3.0 and Allergen Management Guidance Session will be delivered as an interactive webinar in the prime-time evening slot of 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm (AEST).
