The Allergen Bureau is once again proud to host a deep dive into allergen management as a critical component of food safety. This year, our session will take the form of a dynamic panel discussion: “Beyond the Label – Building Consumer Confidence in PAL.”
While internationally recognised best‑practice guidance exists to support precautionary allergen labelling (PAL), consumer understanding — and trust — in these systems is not always assured. This session will explore how we can bridge that gap.
In line with Allergen Bureau tradition, the discussion will bring together a diverse panel of experts, including consumer and healthcare representatives, standards and auditing bodies, as well as manufacturing perspectives.
