Morning Foods is an independent business founded in 1675 and is now in its 15th generation of family ownership. Along with its principal subsidiary companies, Hamlyn’s of Scotland and Buckley Foods, Morning Foods is the United Kingdom’s premier oat milling operation and a significant manufacturer of both branded (under the Mornflake brand) and retailer own label breakfast cereals.
With supply chains reaching around the world and exports to more than 80 countries, Morning Foods truly has global reach. The wide range of raw materials used, sourced from complex worldwide supply chains, and products exported to most regions worldwide make allergen management a key criterion and a fundamental part of Morning Foods’ overall food safety, legality, and authenticity risk management processes.
