Welcome To Our Newest Member Zensho Holdings 

Allergen Bureau welcomes new member Zensho Holdings, Japan’s largest food service company! 

Founded in 1982, Zensho is a leading food company and the largest food service company in Japan by sales. Zensho‘s corporate philosophy is “taking responsibility for the stability and development of human society, eradicating hunger and poverty from the world,” and its mission is to provide safe and delicious food at affordable prices to people around the world.   

Zensho has created its own mass merchandising system (MMD) to plan and manage everything from raw material procurement to manufacturing, processing, logistics and sales.   

The company operates a wide variety of brands in Japan and around the world, including the beef bowl restaurant Sukiya, the sushi restaurant Hama-Sushi, and the family restaurant Coco’s, as well as the sushi kiosk AFC and Snowfox.  

We are delighted to have Zensho as a member, showing their leadership in the Asian market.  They join a group of members dedicated to best practice allergen management, creating a trusted food supply chain for allergen sensitive consumers around the world.
