The Allergen Bureau will be showcasing our allergen management resources and services for the food industry at AIFST20 – the AIFST Virtual Conference and Exhibition.
The virtual exhibition will run from Monday 22 June to Friday 3 July 2020 and you can visit us from your home or workplace as often as you wish.
The Virtual Industry Exhibition is a new concept in exhibitions and the Allergen Bureau are excited to be presenting exhibition participants a new way of getting to know more about who we are and about our free industry resources such as the VITAL Program and the Allergen Risk Review website.
Given our uncertain times it has never been more important to connect and discuss the need for a Food Science revolution – and the role allergen management plays in building a sustainable food future, the theme of this year’s convention. We encourage you to get involved and visit our virtual stand, in what will be such a unique event.
