During May, the Allergen Bureau participated in the Woolworths Group Technical Supplier Forums held across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.
These forums play an important role in strengthening quality and risk management across the supply chain by creating opportunities to share knowledge and discuss emerging challenges.
A special thank you to the Woolworths team for the opportunity to participate, and to Lisa and Nicole for representing the Allergen Bureau across the forums.
The sessions brought together more than 500 Own Brand suppliers, technical specialists, growers and raw material suppliers, with strong interest in resources including the Agricultural Cross Contact Guide and practical approaches to allergen risk management.
The forums highlighted the ongoing commitment across industry to continuous improvement and safer outcomes for consumers living with food allergy.
