The Allergen Bureau is launching a new Youth Engagement & Social Media Working Group and is seeking enthusiastic volunteers from member companies globally to help engage, inspire and support food technologists and future food safety professionals.
As the lead industry body for food allergen management globally, the Allergen Bureau works with food manufacturers, retailers, food service organisations, consumers, healthcare professionals and industry experts to develop best-practice guidance, tools and resources that support safer food for consumers.
